A day wif Lloyd and Gillian

Hari ini sia bawa dua budak ni, Lloyd and Gillian (my nephew and niece) pigi office sia. First-first tu punya lah excited dorang. Bila turun saja dari van, trus dorang bising. Gillian cakap, "Napa inai (auntie in kadazan) tidak bagitau naik jambatan?". Si lloyd pun complaining juga. Memang sia sengaja tidak bagitau sebab sia mau dorang rasa naik jambatan. Maklumlah.. budak bandar. Tapi bila dorang suda naik, dorang tidak takut pula. Bukan macam budak2 yang lain. Sampai ada yang menangis2 sudah. Hehehe.. macam sia duluuuuuu first2 naik jambatan. Then bila sudah sampai di office, dorang buat macam rumah sendiri lagi. Suka hati saja kluar masuk. Nasib baik la sia sendiri saja di office sebab kerani akaun sama katekis ada hal masing-masing. Sia rasa memang dorang keboringan juga tu. Paksa lah sia kasi pakai pc sia untuk dorang tengok cartoon di youtube. Then, time pulang singgah kedai makan kejap and then off to bus stop. Pening betul handle budak-budak ni.

Rajin pula sia hari ni...

Eseh, actually sia stay back di office baini. Sebab kawan satu mo hantar sia balik rumah tp dia mo pigi main badminton lagi. So, sementara tunggu dia, sia update blog la. Hari ni beruntung kami (staf2 Limbahau and Fr. Aloysius) sebab si katekis Lucianus spend makan di KFC. Hehehe.. it's all because sia ajar Katekis pakai internet. Hehehe.. excited ba si katekis blajar email. Tapi, dia komplen sakit kepala sebab terover tinguk screen. Pakai pembaris lagi konon sia time mengajar tu. Ahahaha.. Macam teda idea saja ni. Nanti lagi post yang baru la.

Geram.. geram.. geram... aiya, so unfriendly la tu panel. Kenapa la sia dapat tu room. Ish, menyampah sia! Tapi overall, quite OK lah.. Sepanjang minggu ni sia busy betul di ofis. Buat sijil penguatan, Fr. Johnny datang melawat ofis, register orang yang mo kawin hari enam ni. Pulang rumah ingat mo study sikit2 utk persediaan tp tertidur la pulak. Hehehe.. later continue la. Sia bawa balik keja sia kemarin. So, kena buat la. Bisuk keja suda tp half day ja.

Jimsy's 13th Sacerdotal Anniversary and lastly, auntie Irene's 48th birthday. Sia rasa semua guest yang kami jemput ada kecuali 2 orang la. Anyway, meriah juga. Semua pun enjoy. Good food and drink. Sia alim pula hari ini sebab teda minum wine. Hehehe.. sibuk di office kan sebab Fr. Aloy request untuk hantar greetings and pictures to Fr. Jimsy yang ada di Rome by email. Video pun sia ada send and upload it in YouTube. Bisuklah sia upload gambar-gambar. Mau tidur suda.. Nguarhhhhh.. 

Sia kehujanan...

Uhuk uhuk... batuk konon. Hehehe.. hari ni sia duty di SJP khas untuk Prenuptial Inquiry. Sia assist Fr. Aloysius di sana. Tidak juga brapa banyak couple yang datang. Ada ni satu pasangan datang dari jauh, sampai-sampai saja terus serbu kerani di office. Lepas tu tiada bawa apa-apa dokumen yang original ataupun salinan. Tup tup kasi salah lagi Katekis dorang tidak kasi tau apa-apa sama tidak suru bawa apa-apa dokumen. Sedangkan kalau mau jumpa Fr, mesti bawa original cert sama salinan. Alalalala.. punya la sia panas sekejap sebab dorang macam tidak mengerti ni. Suda kasi explain yang dorang tidak akan kena interview kalau tidak ikut Kursus Pra Perkahwinan. Alasan dorang, sapa mau jaga anak, teda kereta mau ikut and ada lagi beberapa yg sia tidak begitu dengar sebab auntie Irene yang handle dorang. Overall, ok la semua couples hari ini cuma itu saja la yang teda ikut PMC. Time sia on my way balik Limbahau, hujan lagi. Nasib la sia ada bawa payung. Kalau teda tu, melayang trus RM3 sebab minta hantar van naik pigi office. Sampai ofis, langsung teda orang. Smua balik p lunch. Sia lunch sorang saja la di ofis. Sekian saja la for the time being. Drinking straws - Dangerous?

Horrible story of mine goes back to year 2005 March.

I ordered a Club Sandwich and a Sprite in a restaurant somewhere in Manila . When I finished half of the sandwich I sipped a sprite. But it didnt taste like an ordinary sprite I used to drink. So I sipped once more, but it still tasted the same. It tasted like a sprite mixed with some kind of oil. I called the clerk and asked him if the sprite was expired. He said it was just delivered today. So I asked him to taste it. Then he also found that something was wrong with it.

Both of us were wondering for a while. Then I got to look inside the straw. There were a lot of tiny black round things that looked like eggs. So I cut the middle of the straw lengthwise to have a better look. Yuck. There were a lot of tiny black round things in it. I suppose they were eggs of cockroach. About 1000 eggs were there. Then I began to check all the other straws in the straws case one by one. Almost all of them contained black eggs that seemed to be either the cockroach eggs or excretions.

After the incident I began to check all the straws in the restaurants and fast food chains that I had gone to. Almost of all the straws contained the same black eggs. Especially the darker the colors of straws, the more black eggs were found. In black straws, extreme amount of black eggs were found.

It was found out that it's because the cockroaches live (hatch eggs and excrete) in the dark places.

* 80% or more restaurants in the malls use red or black colored straws .

SO NEXT TIME.... BE CAUTIOUS... CHECK THE STRAW BEFORE YOU PLACE IT INSIDE THE DRINKS.

Office baru...

In my earlier post, sia ada bagitau yang sia sudah pindah office kan. Sekarang mau tunjuk-tunjuk dulu office baru. Hehehe.. 

Ok juga kan? Tidak crowded

Tengah cari information. 

Ini komputer untuk sia buat kerja sia. 

Wireless USB. Jimat space kan. Tidak perlu sambung-sambung dengan network cable. :)

Sejuknya.. and confuse~

Sekarang ni sia tgh blogging dari office. Mau tunggu masa mau pulang kan.. So, apa lagi ambil kesempatan lah. Hujan saja sekarang ni. Pagi mendung sumtimes ujan, petang hujan..lebat lagi tu. Pastu sejuk lagi. Malas mau on aircond. Pakai kipas saja lah. Tadi, lebih kurang jam 9 pagi lebih, ada satu couple, maybe around 70+ datang jumpa sia untuk minta cari sijil perkahwinan dorang. Punyala susah mau cari sebab information yang dorang bagi pun sedikit. Tahun perkahwinan pun dorang boleh lupa. Sia rasa-rasa ada juga satu jam lebih sia cari-cari dalam buku daftar. Surrender sia. Pastu sia minta tolong dari staff SJP. Sama juga. Tidak kena jumpa. Nampaknya, sia kena struggle la satu minggu ni. Maybe kena re-check lagi la. Aiya..

Sepatutnya nama sia Marilyne or Merilyne or.. tidak tau macam mana spelling yang mama sia mau tp dia bagitau dia mau nama sia Marilyn/Merilyne. Wah.. kalau Marilyn/Merilyne, double M la tu cuz bestfriend sia pun bernama Merilyne.

Kalau ada sesiapa yang sama tarikh temuduga dengan sia, tegur-tegurlah kalo belimpas ahh.. Sia ni org nampak macam sombong tapi sebenarnya tidak. Kadang-kadang sia mau orang dulu tegur sia, tp sumtimes sia juga dulu tegur. Tengok keadaan. Hehehe.. Tapi, happy-happy sia dpt ni panggilan temuduga, sia dapat kah cuti ni? Suda lah every Friday sia bz giler. Apa-apa pun, sia mesti pegi ni interview. Maybe ni kali luck sia selepas beberapa interview dengan government gagal. Kasi doa la untuk sia supaya sia berjaya dalam ni interview. Amen. :)

Wah..lama suda tidak update my blog. Bz wif work. Hari Jogathon Paroki Limbahau, Lawatan Pastoral Most Rev. Datuk John Lee.. and lastly transferring to my new office. At last, each of us got our own office and no need to share printer :) yeah~~ hehehehe... and it's more private now. 

I've received good email(s)  from a friend, auntie Flory. So, sementara tiada cerita untuk di'share'kan, better sia post information dari email..

Celebrating life..

Yesterday, we celebrated Albanus birthday at Rectory and attended by Kat. Lucianus, Sr. Florence, Sr. Judith, Joanne, Moureen and me. Fr. Aloysius was not around because of his appointment wif someone. It was a simple party but we enjoyed it.

Tanjobi Omedeto means Happy Birthday in Japanese. It was Sr. Regina's idea to wish him in Japanese style. Hehehe..

UPSR

Starting from today till 11th (Thursday), Primary 6 students are having their UPSR exam including my nephew, Harold Lloyd Francis. Though he's the one who is sitting for the exam, but looks like im the one who got scared. Yes, of course I've been in this situation before but my nephew, gee.. he's quite 'pemalas'. Im not sure whether he can answer the Q or not. I hope he can. I've even bought him the right pencil (2B), pen, eraser, ruler. Hehehe.. how concern am i to my nephew, eh. Wish him good luck.

Blogging for the first time..

First time for blogspot actually. Already have a blog but it is in friendster. I wonder how does it feel to blog with blogspot. Huhuhu.. but guess it's just the same. Hahaha.. Sharing my first post will be about Holy Rosary Limbahau's landmark and Mother Mary's Grotto.






I could not identify the age of these two beautiful landmark of Holy Rosary Limbahau. Sometimes, tourist will come here to take pictures and also to pray. So sad that the water had not been replaced for few months already. No one knows that there are fishes inside the pool. Guess that's all. Will be back with more pictures.
