5 Dont's When You Go To Sleep

1) DON'T SLEEP WITH A WATCH

Watches can emit a certain level of radioactivity. Though small, but if you wear your watch to bed for a long time, it might have adverse effects on your health.

2) DON'T SLEEP WITH A BRA

Scientists in America have discovered those that wear bras for more than 12 hours have a higher risk of getting breast cancer. So go to bed without it.

3) DON'T SLEEP WITH A PHONE

Putting the phone beside your bed or anywhere near you is not encouraged. Though some of us will use phones as alarm clocks, but please put the phone as far as possible. Scientists have proved that electrical items including mobile phone and television sets emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can cause disruptions to our nervous system. Therefore if you need to put your mobile phone near you, switch it off first.

4) DON'T SLEEP WITH MAKE UP

People who sleep with make up might have skin problems in the long run. Sleeping with make up will cause the skin to have difficulty in breathing and problem in perspiring. You will also need a much longer time to go into deep sleep.

Lastly.....

IF YOU ARE UNMARRIED, DON'T SLEEP WITH ANOTHER WHO IS NOT YOUR SPOUSE. You may never wake up again.

First post of the month

I've not blog anything since December last year. I've been busy with work - preparing readings, songsheet for Limbahau then joining 'Lawatan Keluarga' a.k.a Xmas Caroling but i only managed to join for 2 days only due to some work that had to be done, 'Perayaan Krismas KUK St. Sabina Titimboungon' where i was the person in-charge for Lucky Card (need to prepare the hampers, gifts etc). After that, on 27th of Dec 2008, me and rombongon went to Tenom for my cousin's, Gilbert, wedding celebration. We stayed at Orchid Hotel for 1 night and went home the next day. Before went back to Papar, we took a few hours to 'jalan2' at Tamu Tenom and a few shops that is near to the hotel. I forgot to take pictures because im too lazy to carry anything. Hehehe.. On 31st Dec 2008, we organized Doa Rosary Mengakhiri Tahun and BBQ at chapel St. Sabina, Titimboungon. Though it was quite new for us, parishioner of St. Sabina but i think it was a good start. Hope more will turn up end of this year. =) On 3rd Jan 2009, Rombongan Tenom pula datang membalas lawatan. It was my cousin's Babad Reception. Night before the reception, me, my mum, Aunty Maggie and cousin Grace, buat decoration sampai tengah malam. Of course, ramai yang tolong. I think, lebih meriah dari wedding reception =P. Luckily, tidak lebat hujan time tu. Ada acara 'miohon pinisi', cake cutting and of course la menari. The MC pun ok tapi at times ada juga dia lari topic and lebih banyak bercakap then menyanyi. Nasib baik ada Bailey's, kalau tidak, sia balik awal. Hehehe.. i drank 3 glasses of Bailey's and pening-pening sikit saja la. Bila sampai rumah, terus kena gastrik and sakit perut and berlanjutan for 2 days. Kesian me! Balik dari bercuti, ada suda kerja menunggu atas meja. Life is back to normal lagi. No more partying around. Huhuhu.. On 24th Jan, plan mau ikut family pergi Labuan tapi see first kalau dapat. Cuz tiada orang di office masa tu. But, who knows. =P

A day wif Lloyd and Gillian

Hari ini sia bawa dua budak ni, Lloyd and Gillian (my nephew and niece) pigi office sia. First-first tu punya lah excited dorang. Bila turun saja dari van, trus dorang bising. Gillian cakap, "Napa inai (auntie in kadazan) tidak bagitau naik jambatan?". Si lloyd pun complaining juga. Memang sia sengaja tidak bagitau sebab sia mau dorang rasa naik jambatan. Maklumlah.. budak bandar. Tapi bila dorang suda naik, dorang tidak takut pula. Bukan macam budak2 yang lain. Sampai ada yang menangis2 sudah. Hehehe.. macam sia duluuuuuu first2 naik jambatan. Then bila sudah sampai di office, dorang buat macam rumah sendiri lagi. Suka hati saja kluar masuk. Nasib baik la sia sendiri saja di office sebab kerani akaun sama katekis ada hal masing-masing. Sia rasa memang dorang keboringan juga tu. Paksa lah sia kasi pakai pc sia untuk dorang tengok cartoon di youtube. Then, time pulang singgah kedai makan kejap and then off to bus stop. Pening betul handle budak-budak ni.

Rajin pula sia hari ni...

Eseh, actually sia stay back di office baini. Sebab kawan satu mo hantar sia balik rumah tp dia mo pigi main badminton lagi. So, sementara tunggu dia, sia update blog la. Hari ni beruntung kami (staf2 Limbahau and Fr. Aloysius) sebab si katekis Lucianus spend makan di KFC. Hehehe.. it's all because sia ajar Katekis pakai internet. Hehehe.. excited ba si katekis blajar email. Tapi, dia komplen sakit kepala sebab terover tinguk screen. Pakai pembaris lagi konon sia time mengajar tu. Ahahaha.. Macam teda idea saja ni. Nanti lagi post yang baru la.

Geram.. geram.. geram... aiya, so unfriendly la tu panel. Kenapa la sia dapat tu room. Ish, menyampah sia! Tapi overall, quite OK lah.. Sepanjang minggu ni sia busy betul di ofis. Buat sijil penguatan, Fr. Johnny datang melawat ofis, register orang yang mo kawin hari enam ni. Pulang rumah ingat mo study sikit2 utk persediaan tp tertidur la pulak. Hehehe.. later continue la. Sia bawa balik keja sia kemarin. So, kena buat la. Bisuk keja suda tp half day ja.
